Italy 1884, the year the first espresso machine was invented. This espresso is designed to embody the flavor profile of traditional Italian espresso (nutty, chocolaty, and sweet, with loads of crema). Used as one of our espresso & cold brew options in our own Cafes. It also has very forgiving extraction parameters. This means that you will get a great tasting espresso with many types of equipment, water, and extraction variations. Enjoy!
