If the god of love and beauty was a coffee this would be it.  A blend of Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Brazil make for complimentary acidity in this lightly roasted espresso blend. A go-to in our own cafes. 

Parameters: 19 grams in, 38 grams out, 32-38 seconds (dependent on baskets)
