Some may say we've burnt this coffee to a crisp.  We say:  shame on you!  It's the American..  I mean, Traditional way!  That's right, we take perfectly grown coffee and cruise past first crack and nip at the toes of second crack.  If you're a Sbux drinker this is the roast for you!
